


With the success of the 2017 campaign, the directors of Sqkii requested for a different yet familiar visual concept for the 2018 one while also keeping the company’s corporate identity. The objectives were to focus on the wow-factor of the prize money and also to introduce their characters to the audience.















We chose to invoke a cool and mysterious feeling for the key visuals of most of the deliverables that featured the Sqkii Squad peering out of frame with suspicious eyes, as if they were on the lookout for something. Other deliverables featured people looking through a binoculars to “spot” Sqkii. Both styles combined helped to emphasise the idea of Sqkii hiding in the shadows.















The MARKies Awards are rewarded to the most creative and effective campaigns in Singapore’s marketing industry.
